Giffy’s comes to your location 3-4 hours before serving time. We set up our old fashioned charcoal pits and slow cook our famous chicken, baby back ribs and potatoes, filling the air with delicious aromas. We reduce our pricing so that your organization can enjoy a profit. To do this, we ask that you provide two 8ft tables for a buffet line and 3 – 4 volunteers to serve your guests. Giffy’s does the rest! We cater year round events of 200 – 6,000 people during a 2 – 3 hour serving period.
