Randy, Bryah and Peggy are the key players in the daily operations of Giffy's Inc. Randy has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. His reputation as an executive in well-known restaurants and country clubs brings strength and backbone to the corporation. Bryah's degree from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst, in Hotel & Restaurant Management, adds fresh and innovative management skills. Peggy's years of accounting experience keeps the Company in peak performance. Their combined efforts continue to achieve the mission of Giffy's Bar-B-Q: Quality, Service and Cleanliness. A member of the Gifford Family oversees every catering event to perfection.
Giffy's Bar-B-Q chicken recipe was founded in the archives of an old university in Upstate New York. It's this recipe the Giffords experimented with for years, slightly altering the formula this way and that until perfection was achieved. In 1995, Giffy's Bar-B-Q was started at the invitation of Jonesville Methodist Church to cater their fundraiser. It was this perfected sauce and Bar-B-Q that launched the birth of Giffy's Inc. With the force of a dedicated staff, Giffy's has grown over the years from a single converted RV operation to a fleet of trailers, refrigerated trucks and a year round restaurant to bring you the true definition of the American Dream.
Giffy's believes that only the best ingredients must be used to ensure that great Bar-B-Q taste: plump chickens, Idaho baked potatoes, homemade salads using the freshest products, fresh rolls and locally made specialty desserts.
