Return Policy:

The following Policies Apply to ALL Returns:

Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender. Shipping charges will be extra.

Returns without original receipt will be exchanged with a merchandise credit at the current selling price.

ALL Sauce, Marinades, Rubs and other food items will not be subject to return.

How to Return an Item:

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped using UPS and subject to UPS pricing.

A correct Street Address, City, State, Zip and Phone Number (daytime and evening) will be required.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address, please call Giffy’s Bar-B-Q at 518-373-9800.

Packages are shipped 4 days a week Monday through Thursday. Generally we do not ship on Fridays however; if a priority shipping order is placed it will ship out on Friday.

We are closed for shipping on all major holidays.

When Will You Receive Your Order?

Most orders will arrive 6-10 business days. Most orders are shipped within 24- 48 hours.

Delivery Options:

Along with standard ground shipping from our carriers, we also have expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, Same Day, Standards Overnight, etc.

For guaranteed faster service, please call us at 518-373-9800 week days 9am – 5pm and ask for our shipping manager.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

Shipping cost is based on the weight of your order in conjunction with the destination zip code. Handling charges are for boxing and packaging of items will be based upon order volume. Most orders will be approximately $4-$10 for handling fees. A shipping manager will contact you with your final total before charging you.

Orders shipped within New York State will include sales tax on the shipping as well as taxable retail items. Our Specialty Sauces, Marinades and Rubs do not have sales tax.

Shipping Internationally:

We cannot calculate international shipping automatically. We will send you an email or call via phone to inform you of your shipping costs before charging you so that you may consent to them before proceeding.
